Roles & Responsibilities As
HPCL, Navi Mumbai.
Job Profile :
• Inspection of valves, Insulation, Heat Exchangers, Towers, Boilers, Furnace.
• Preparation of daily Inspection reports and check list.
• Preparation QA/QC dossier as per client requirement.
• Coordination with NDT team at site.
• Interacting & coordinating with Clients for Quality parameters
Job Profile :
• The quality of work intact, thereby to minimize the rework percentage.
• Surveillance, Inspection & Monitoring of day-to-day fabrication activities of the structural and
Piping according to approved drawings.
• Preheating of joints & inspection of welding joints & documenting the weld-visual reports.
• Tracing and repair of welded joints in accordance with the nature of defects occurred.
• Verification of welding equipment’s calibrations according to project specifications.
• Surveillance/witness inspection of PWHT activities and sign off the PWHT chart and reports.
• Co coordinating with engineering team for materials.
• Witness all NDT activities and NDT technique qualification.
• Witness & Review of all documents prior to Pneumatic testing & Hydro testing, & documentation of
the same.

TECHNICAL SKILL SET :
Additional qualification
• ASNT Level II in Radiographic testing as per SNT-TC-1A.
• ASNT Level II in Penetrate testing as per SNT-TC-1A.
• ASNT Level II in Magnetic Particle testing as per SNT-TC-1A.
• ASNT Level II in Ultrasonic testing as per SNT-TC-1A.
