1. Structural drawing: Reviewing of shop drawings on the basis of Contract drawing and project specifications, as built drawing on the basis of approved shop drawing.
2. Inspection works responsibility: Coordinate with QA/QC Manager and act on his behalf whenever he is an official leave regarding all aspects of the approved Quality Control Program & the inspection & test Plan.
3. All aspects of land development from small to large developments, design / construction, roads, parking lots, water main networks, storm sewers, sanitary sewers and pump stations, site grading, proposals, cost estimates and cost share, contract documents, construction and detail drawings, obtain approvals, construction observance, site servicing studies and reports, project management.
4. Reviewing of inspection and test plan (ITP) and Quality Control Procedure (QCP).
5. Preparations of project Quality Control Plan for awarded Contract Projects & submit for review & approval by the site QA/QC all reports on a daily, weekly & monthly basis to the client project Management team and the Project execution department which will be discussed during the weekly meeting. Attend co-ordination meeting with clients & sub contractor in order to discuss & resolve issues which pertains to the proper implementation of the approved QC & ITP.
6. Supervises, inspection & Test ensuring Reports & Record compilation in line with project requirements.
7. Inspection of testing equipment & Instrument Calibration prior to testing. Proceeding RFI then witness such as complain, Test, chip on concrete.
8. Preparing the non conformity Report (NCR) and CAR (Corrective Action Required) and assure the execution as required and recommend procedure relevant to the defects as noted & co-ordination with inspector to resolve the log entries (log book).
9. Arranging the Inspection RFI with inspector, Review and Perform inspection records, also perform pre and final punch listing, Processing and updating QC documentation, QC dossier, Co-ordination with inspector to Final acceptance.
