1) Coordinate all activities related to procurement, material submittals, execution & documentation of projects assuring compliance with requirements.
2) Reviewed all contract documents contract drawings, BOQs, specifications & conditions of contracts, raised queries on consultant & client and resolved discrepancies before commencement of work.
3) Preparation of Architectural, Structural Plans, Sections, Elevations, Details. Preparation of Architectural & Structural general arrangement drawings. Preparation of FF & E and RCP drawings.
4) Preparation of Infrastructure, Landscape & crystal lagoon detailed drawings.
5) Obtained approval of the consultant for subcontractors, material submittals, shop drawings & method statements.
6) Coordinated with the field engineers and consultants and resolved technical queries during construction.
7) Coordinate with site & project teams and raise requests for information (RFI) as and when required.
8) Interface with various department for on time preparation of technical submittals for civil construction subcontractor’s qualifications, materials, shop drawings & method statement and liaise with consultant for approval. Review design and construction documents, designs & layouts.
9) Responsible for assisting the reviewers to organize reports, and presentations.
10) Carry out field surveys and measurements using Land surveying techniques to collect site, building and facility measurement data for upload into appropriate CAD outputs.
11) Checking of the drawings drawn by juniors & shop drawings done by contractors.
12) Responsible in updating revision of drawings as per designers and engineer marks up.
13) Keep track of all the incoming and outgoing drawings related to the project.
14) Control, Update and Maintain Submittal Logs (inward and outward) of Materials / Drawings / Documents in Compliance with Project / Contractor / Consultant requirements. Scrutinize discrepancies / variations.
Since the last one year and still working with DIAR Consult Abu Dhabi in the project of Abu Dhabi Investment Council New Headquarters(Al Bahr Towers). Abu Dhabi Investment Council Headquarter towers combine with the offices of new investment council together with the Headquarters of bank. The two towers are located close to Al Qurum beach in the eastern district of Abu Dhabi. Which will rise to a total of 29 floors including two basement levels and stand at 145 meters.
Job Responsibilities

3 years Working with ALDAR LAING O’ ROURKE Abu Dhabi as Senior CAD Draftsman, I have experience in structural, architectuiral, infrastructure drawings We are Constructing Complete Water Front City, Al Raha Beach development is spread lavishly over 500 hectares. It is a mixed-use scheme of Residential, Commercial, Retail and Leisure facilities linked together by a network of Canals, Bridges and Water Transportation, Light Rail....etc one of the great water cities of the world, 20 Billion US Dollar Project.
