At Tecnotree I was tasked to set up a new business revenue stream in the Banking and Fintech space in MEA & Latam market. I am responsible for the profit center for Tecnotree Banking and Fintech Business and lead a team of Sales and Technical professionals with a core focus in FSI & Telcom Sectors.
Duties: -
• Spearheaded the realignment of the product strategy and led the successful launch of the "DiWa Intelligent Fintech Platform" designed on the principles of Super App.
• Established and managed a team of 4 Sales and 3 Presales professionals to create innovative value propositions and revenue models centered around Digital Lifestyle Banking, Digital Intelligent Wallet, Digital Lending, Marketplace, Loyalty & Rewards, and Contactless Payments for customers in the MEA & Latam regions.
• Developed and implemented a channel sales partner program to drive transformation initiatives for Banks, Fintech’s, and Telcos in the MEA & Latam regions.
Achievements: -
• Closed New Logos in Banking and Fintech space worth 3M $ revenue in FY-22 and created a pipeline of 10M$.

Regional Head Enterprise Business at Comviva Technologies

• Saved 1Mn of Revenue by eliminating definitional errors at mediation and re-engineering the reconciliation methodologies so that the same did not occur in future. The savings by the same are intangible. Delivered Reject Management Targets in billing under extremely difficult and tight timescales.
