 Preparing Monthly cost reports
 Preparing monthly progress payment and negotiating with consultants for progress.
 Preparing Variation work and procuring claim and negotiating contractor’s right as per condition of contract.
 Preparing Value engineering assessment and present to client or consultant.
 Reviewing and Certifying subcontractor’s payment for major subcontracts and variation order (Cost control)
 Supporting to Tender department for rate and quantity works for several projects.(Pre-tendering work)
 Preparing release declaration agreements for sub-contractors.
 Maintaining the register for monthly interim payment certificate, variation, subcontractor’s payment certificate and contractual correspondences.
 Assist the Project Manager to prepare and approve subcontractor’s final accounts.
 Measuring quantities related to approved drawings, document and comparing with contracts and creating detailed material take off lists and material packages for use in Planning and Procurement department.
 Measuring repair cost for defective / repeated / replaced work or materials.
