o Execute key HR projects and initiatives aligned to the strategic priorities & as per the project plan.
o Support Emiratisation Agenda.
o Arrange and execute ad hoc projects and deliverables related to the People Plan, interacting with Business Leaders / People Leaders for implementation of agreed actions.
o Track delivery of people objectives against the relevant business/function scorecard.
o Support key HR processes such as P3, Talent Forums, HR risk papers, RCC dashboard review and restructuring activities.
o Analyze & prepare HR dashboards to proactively highlight and mitigate areas of concern as well as identify focus areas such as attrition, headcount and productivity.
o Collate & prepare data as well as insights in order to have meaningful discussions in different forums.
o Understand the Business drivers, the current and long term strategy and identify opportunities in order to add value to the Business.
o Effectively partner with, challenge and influence business leaders to deliver the right outcomes on people-related decisions, focusing on key agenda items such as Diversity & Inclusion and Wellbeing.
o Identify, prioritize and develop organizational capabilities and behaviors to build a workforce that is future-ready.
o Be a disruptor, driving culture change and delivering business change initiatives.
o Provide advice on implications of OD activity and conduct reviews on key OD aspects to optimize the shape of the workforce.
o Develop and deploy an effective talent strategy to ensure high-quality succession pipelines exist for critical roles within Business.
o Collaborate with colleagues within HR to facilitate internal movement of key talent within the organization including subsidiaries.
o Lead the team to deliver specific projects and deliverables, as determined by the HR scorecard.
o Managing ER cases.
o Managing Talent Acquisition, attract and select talented candidates to support the business vision and strategy, and growth.
o Generate & provide accurate MIS to SCH stakeholders within the agreed deadlines, defined service standards and in the prescribed format.
o Ensuring compliance with government and business regulations, laws and employment standards, international & regional best practice.
o Establishing and ensuring that job role accountabilities and person specifications are aligned to the business requirements and job descriptions.
o Ensuring all job vacancies are posted internally in order to provide career development opportunities for the existing talented employees.
o Managing the On-Boarding process and ensuring that it’s been carried out properly and effectively.
During my entire professional career, I have worked in Recruitment, HR Business Partner as well as Employee Relation Sections.
o Applying different methodologies in recruiting candidates.
o Liaising with recruitment agencies.
o Conducting Generic interviews, Competency Based interviews & assessment tests for the candidates (Overseas / Local recruitments).
o Focusing on the manpower planning and ensure adherence to the manpower budgets and appropriate staffing levels.
o Handling Employee Disciplinary, Grievances as well as conducting investigations in coordination with different concerned units (e.i Legal Department, the Business…ect).
o Conducting Exit Interviews with the employees and implementing possible retention methods.
o Reviewing Promotion/Salary Increase requests and taking it up with the concerned approvers.
o Managing Employee Performance Cycle with the Business.
o Involving in Incentive Schemes & Recognition Programs.
o Involving in different projects (e.i Recruitment related Projects, Restructure of units, Employee Engagement Cycle, Integration of Dubai Bank with Emirates Islamic).
o Focusing on Emiratization & monitoring the percentage in the bank.
o Generating & Analyzing different MIS reports.
o Deploying UAE Trainees.
o Handling Internship students & Summer Trainees in different departments.
o Liaising with Colleges for campus recruitments.
o Handling On Boarding process.
o Coordinating with the concerned departments to improve joining formalities.
