Project management :

 Audit and financial analysis:
-Audit missions planning, management of the internal resources, framing of the missions with customers.
- Project supervision, identification of opportunities and value-creating solutions.
- Realization of audits (Documentary audit, printing fleet audit, environmental audit, IT audit)
-Functional and financial analysis of the audited fleet, calculation of the TCO, financial analysis
- Analysis of the printing architecture and document process management: Identifying risks and malfunctions
 Advice and recommendations:
-Rationalization of the document management processus of the company based on the solutions of the group
-Implementation of the recommendation of materials, solutions and services.
-Implementation of a printing policy adapted to the needs and customer’s goals.
-Writing and presentation of the audit deliverable to the management boards.

Commercial Support :

- Commercial business management of the north of France and Paris.
-Participation to the development of audit offers.
-Support to the strategic sales engineers & achivement of the meetings “pre-sales” to the clients and prospects.
-Animation monthly sales meetings.
Presentation of steering committees:

-Analysis of the customers’ fleet (materiels, volumetry, using of the materiels, technical activities …)
-writing and presentation of the steering committee to the members of Top management (every 3 or 6 months)

Other missions :
-Participation to the recruitment of the new consultants
-Training of new consultants
-Participation to the Workshops for the continuous improvement of the audit RICOH offers.

Financial audit and internal control of the agency:
-Preparation Of the mission plan of the Permanent Monitoring
-Execution Of work and application of tests for validation of the consistency, completeness and compliance of financial operations (financing records, cash transactions ...) and implementation of corrective actions.

Consulting and customer relationship:
-Management Of a portfolio of 600 clients (individuals and professionals)
- Board Legal and tax (financial investments, financing ...)


Management and Risk Management:
-Management Of a team of 4 people
-Analysis Of profitability, operating account, GDP and the agency KPI
-Management Of operational risks (counterparty risks, credit risks, ...)
