Currently I am self employed architect and doing freelancing architecture work in Mumbai
Heading the Design, Architecture & Planning of one of the largest Mixed use Real Estate & Railway Transit Oriented Development (TOD) - L&T Seawoods at Navi Mumbai. The development is planned with commercial offices from 21 floors to 30 floors. Seawoods is the largest TOD in India with 94 lacs sq.ft. of total BUA on 40 acres of land area and estimated project cost of approx. Rs.5200 Crores. Mixed use development with one of the largest shopping mall, Grade-A offices, high end residential development in India.
