1) Replying queries regarding company formation for all inquiries.
2) Drafting and preparing documents for new company set up (i.e.-Free Zone, Offshore and L.L.C) and Amendment of
any existing company.
3) To prepare weekly and monthly reports.
4) Follow up, reminders to potential clients.
5) To prepare new proposal for new company set up, amendment and liquidation.
6) To prepare and update things to do list (TD List) on daily basis.
7) To prepare process chart / flow chart for each job undertaken before you start.
8) To prepare reports for job close and finished.
9) Conducting meeting with Clients in the office or if required outside.
10) Visiting different Free Zones, Department of Economic Development, Dubai Municipality, Ministry of Economy or any
other concerned government department regarding company formation and new information.
Independently managed clients and handled audits of several corporates across a wide gamut of industries. Gained through knowledge of Audit Procedures and IFRSs.
Direct reporting to shareholders and preparing periodic:
1) Cash flow statements
2) Receivable aging
3) Several inventory item list
4) Overseeing the closure of monthly books.
5) Independently managing payroll of 35+ employees.
