As the Corporate Director of IT I'm responsible of looking after the IT projects, operations and team of IT exerts who are working on the fields of hospitality, construction and real estate. Currently managing a large scale multi-task project of "The Heart of Europe" which is currently constructing 13 hotels, 51 restaurants and entertainment venues based on Dubai World Islands.
Joined Five Hotels and Resorts as a part of the hotel operator transition from Viceroy to Five and continued to operate the hotel in Palm Jumeirah. Currently with the rapid growth of the company, working on their new opening projects in Duba, Spain and Maldives as the head of IT for hospitality division. As the head of IT I'm working on IT strategy, Vision and new projects planning and budgeting and apart from that working with the on-site IT Managment team to assist on their operational needs.
Joined Viceroy Hotel Group as the Director of IT to open their latest hotel at Palm Jumeirah and was responsible for designing, planning, budgeting and execution of opening the hotel. During the time I was reporting to the VP of IT for Viceroy Hotel Group. Later managed 2 of Viceroy Hotels and UAE as the Cluster IT Director.
Joined Palazzo Versace as the pre-opening IT Project Director and continued as Director of IT. During the time, I was responsible for planning, designing, budgeting and execution of the entire IT portfolio of the hotel and residences segment. I was directly reporting to the CTO of Versace Global Group.
As the cluster Director of IT I was responsible for the entire IT portfolio of Ritz-Carlton Doha and Ritz-Carlton Sharq Village and Six Senses Spa. During my tenure I was responsible for planning the complete renovation of Ritz-Carlton Doha in terms of budgeting, owner approvals, planning and execution of IT systems revamp at the hotel. During this period I was reporting to the regional VP of IT for MEA region.
Joined Katara Hospitality as the IT Manager for setting up Murwab Hotels 1st 5* hotel - Murwab Central which is a unique brand born in Qatar with the concept of Qatari culture. After a successful opening of the 1st hotel, I was promoted to Group IT Manager role to manage their other 2 acquisitions which are Sealine Beach Resorts and Murwab City Center and reported to CIO of Katara Hospitality.
Rotana Hotels is the fastest growing business and leisure hotel chain in the Middle East with their wings spread across the whole of ME & Northern Africa. as the IT Manager, I was responsible for the IT projects, annual budget and daily IT operations of the hotel and to report all IT related activities to the head office.

As a security analyst, I was responsible for monitoring all the security appliances of Asia Pacific and monitor the behaviours of traffic and report them to HQ IT security management team.
