• Screening and selecting vendors as per agreed supplier to meet business requirements.
• Manage inventory levels through ordering sufficient quantities of product
• Provide suppliers with sellout data, stock data and forecasted orders
• Interviews vendors and evaluates their products, services and reliable as suppliers
• Follow up with the finance department to ensure that suppliers are paid on time.
• Contracts management.
• Responsible to negotiation with vendors to secure advantageous terms.
• Working with Procurement team to identify opportunities for the development of Procurement processes to ensure customer needs & expectations are being met
• Creating Request for Quotation (RFQ)
• Receiving quotations/offers of different vendors and prepare bid analysis with emphasis on price, quality, delivery period and terms of payment
• Creating purchase orders.
• Responsible to provide the required materials and services as requested by Departments
• Responsible to local and foreign suppliers
