كنت اعمل لديهم من اول لحظة افتتاح المحل في بيروت فكنت اعمل تحت مسمى مساعد المدير ( وهو صاحب العمل ) لانني كنت اريد ان اخذ منه الخبرة في مجال الادارة . كالحسابات . الجردة . مراقبة دوام الموظفين وتدربيهم وتحرفيزهم على الصعود للاعلى وترقية المبيعات . وبعدها استلمت الادارة بالمحل والحمد لله استفدت بخبرة رائعة جدا من هذه التجربة وكنت اتقن عملي بنجاح بالعمل مع فريق مكون من 6 اشخاص ومساعدتهم على بلوغ القمة والوصل للهدف بطرق سلسة ومفيدة
assistant the manager and do some duty like stock control and team managment . work as team to make the goals we have evry month . try hard to work under pursure to give our team a big push to the top
in the first i have deal with the company as i have to work as a stock holder after 5 month from starting work i can get the goal with them cuz i show them more of what i can do the stock holder in the real fact he is the manager of evrything cuz he can control the shop by what the manager and assistant ordring to him so thx god i did it with the compnay and they give me the two positions
