- Developed a framework to operate key functions and processes as part of setting up the new Operational Risk Unit (ORU).

- Developed a new Bank Level Business Continuity Plan (BCP) and Incident Management Procedures.

- Negotiated the purchase of Wolter Kluwers OneSumex . Implementation has been sucessfully concluded in November 2018. Another system, AVRA Credit Ratings Solution, has been installed in November 2018 to automate SME and Corporate client credit ratings.

- Headed a project of obtaining an Initial Internal Rating for the bank with Capital Intelligence Ratings Agency.

- Participated in a project with the Quality Assurance Department to obtain the ISO 9001 designation.
