Project :
* NHC Housing Complexes Riyadh Airport 2 (Murcia) - Phase one (2, 723, 120, 281 SAR):
4, 714 precast villas with different types and 22 cast-in-situ Apartment Buildings. My scope of work is as a construction manager
for the package of 22 apartment buildings with all relative works including infrastructure works, 4 big-scale water tanks, and
landscape works
Main Responsibilities :
- Follow-up and monitoring the site progress of works.
- Manage the construction site on a day-to-day basis, including supervising the labour force, monitoring subcontractors, checking materials, inspecting work and overseeing quality control.
- Check design documents with architects, surveyors and engineers
- Maintain regular communication and attend meetings with clients and their representatives to inform them of progress on the project, i.e. stakeholder management.
- Suggesting and advising new proposal.
- Insure all activities are undertaken in a safe manner in accordance with local law.
- Review and agree project measurement, cost assessments and monthly evaluation
Project :
* MOI Southern Housing Complexes (S08) - KSA (2, 485, 350, 342 SAR)
The project is part of the Ministry of Interior regional housing. This project having 1700 units with total area of 2, 089, 827 Sqm
which includes, Precast Apartments Buildings & Villas and cast in situ Ancillary Buildings, STP, RO Station & Boundary Walls,
Including all Infrastructure Works for all utilities and roads.
Main Responsibilities :
- Follow-up and monitoring the site progress of works.
- Attending a variety of meetings with the Consultants.
- Suggesting and advising new proposal.
- Insure all activities are undertaken in a safe manner in accordance with local law.
- Review and agree project measurement, cost assessments and monthly evaluation.
- Reporting to PD.
- Communicate with any consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and others involved in the project.
- Deal with any unexpected problems that may occur during the project.
Projects:
* Intercontinental Hotel, Abu Dhabi:
Major rehabilitation of the reinforced concrete structure, Replacement of damaged finishes, for BOH superstructure elements,
and re-installation of the concrete waterproofing system.
In addition to Renovation and fit-out works at several areas like the HR Department offices, Many Restaurants (Selection, BBC,
Shamas), and other offices and places.
* National Archives, Abu Dhabi:
Concrete Treatment, Repair, and Waterproofing Systems Applications.
* WO 138, 150 and 161 - Khalifa City A & B, Abu Dhabi:
Construction of sewerage connections and related infrastructure works.
* Ritz Carlton Hotel, Dubai:
Renovation and fit-out works at several areas, administrative offices, restaurants, and BOH areas.
* Abu Dhabi University - Main Education Building, Abu Dhabi:
Renovation and fit-out work at several areas and administrative offices.
* Fortune Properties, Abu Dhabi:
Fit-out works at several commercial offices.
* Manazel Real Estate Head Office, Abu Dhabi:
Renovation and fit-out works for 6 Floors.
* In addition to numerous smaller-scale projects which include but are not limited to Fit-out, Decorations and renovations for offices,
Retail Shops, and Villas.

- Responsible for overall project activities for construction of
numerous projects

* Dubai Metro Project - DM-001 green line (65, 000, 000 AED):
Relocation and protection of existing utilities including temporary road diversions, Sewer mainlines, Sewer house connections,
Storm Water pipelines and Gullies, Water Pipelines and Chambers, Telecommunication lines.
* Comprehensive Improvement of Parallel Roads - Contract-1-R881/1 (75, 000, 000 AED):
Execution of new infrastructure utilities, Relocation, and protection of existing utilities the project consists of widening the east
and west parallel roads for a stretch of 35 km located between the 2nd interchange north side and the 4½ Interchange Southside.
T&J's scope of work covers the construction, modification, and improvement of the corridors of:
1. D.M Stormwater Drainage, Sewerage and Irrigation System.
2. DEWA Water line distribution network.
Main Responsibly:
- Manage, monitor and control the work progress
- Coordinate and liaison with the client’s representatives, consultant & Sub Contractors
- Attend and lead in weekly site meetings
- Prepare construction shop drawings, Method statements and Update Monthly site construction program and Report
- Propose alternatives for relocation of existing services and road diversions
- Ensure all safety measures are considered
- Review and approve the project measurements cost assessments and monthly valuations.

- Irrigation Ring Main - Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed City (40, 000, 000 AE)
- Marfa City - Sewer Works Execution Phase 1 (8, 000, 000 AED)

Main Responsibly:
- Preparation of construction programs and site reports.
- Coordinate with the consultant.
- Following up with the subcontractors in accordance with the shop drawings.
- Review and implementation for the scope of works as per plan, BOQ and specification.
- Convey technical supports to subcontractors.
