• Set up the Catering system for Alshaya Brands: Starbucks, Dean & Deluca, Potbelly, Le Pain Quotidien, Katsuya, Pei Wei and Pinkberry.
• Overall coordination between all stakeholders: Finance, IT, Brands, Call Center, HR, QA …
• Deliver regular team communications through weekly update meetings
• Participate in formulating the ‘SOP’ of the Business Catering project.
