The company is an ISO 9001:2008 organization and member of EASA and one of the largest service provider in the Middle East providing services for Rewinding, Repairing & Overhauling of Rotating & Static equipments and Premier Manufacturing Company for Pre-formed Coils & Magnet wires, recorded as the only facility in the Middle East to repair and rewind transformers of high voltage levels locally, so far the range up to 200MVA.

Key Responsibilities:
• Delivering strategic value by understanding and responding to a client’s business environment, problems and challenges, by visiting clients frequent for generation of new opportunities and receive feedback.
• Uncovering business requirements, price schedules and discount rates; developing a technical sales strategy, and creating effective demonstration solutions that address customer requirements.
• Establishing new business, preparing pre-qualification documents facilitating long-term client relationships through the delivery of technical solutions and establishing new lines of business.
• Handling the Product lifecycle, adding new clients and maximizing existing client’s potential to comply with business objectives, business plans and annual budgets and liaising with business customers from a technical and commercial perspective throughout the product lifecycle.
• Developing and initiating a strategy to increase the market share, new markets, and new solutions to internal and external, existing and non-existing customers by collating and analyzing of market information.
• Reviewing RFQs and capturing inquiries, conducting technical analysis preceding negotiations contracts, terms and conditions and accordingly finalizing suppliers, associated tender cost estimations and technical/commercial offers as per organizational policies/ procedures.
• Liaising with clients to analyze project requirements, evaluating inquiry documents and accordingly recommending suitable/ economical solutions in compliance with the established technical specification/ quality standards.
• Creating detailed proposals for the proposed solutions, effectively negotiating contracts, terms and conditions as well as following up with customers until contract is awarded.
• Liaising with sales and marketing departments and responding to clients queries regarding products usages and safety assurance. Implementing research strategy on markets/products to counteract competitors, hence gaining high revenue.
• Coordinating with Internal departments to upkeep customer satisfaction and liaising with existing clients for generation of new opportunities and receiving feedback from them for improving services.
• Contributing to decisions about future enhancements and supporting finance department in collecting unpaid debts and maintaining estimate reports and sales literature.
The company serves as a Repair and Rewinding Service center, solving break downs problems for all kinds of Electrical Rotating Machines. Warranty backed services include rewinding, Repairing and Maintenance of All types of Pumps, AC/DC Motors, alternators, Explosion proof Motors, Gear Motor, Dynamic Balancing.
Highlights:
• Spearheaded a team of 2 Data entry, 1 Supervisor, 3 Foremen and 26 technicians & helpers towards routine and preventative maintenance on Rotating machines.
• Oversaw maintenance, repair, inspection, fault finding on machines/equipment at approved service locations or at customer location.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provided technical advice on projects; performed all Preventative Maintenance on rotating machines and efficiently worked on customer sites during initial motor erection and commissioning stage.
• Delivered technical work to time and cost targets, provided successful project outcomes for clients and determined cause of vibration, using measurement equipment.
• Carried out detailed calculations, electrical measurements on motors and generators; supervised assembly and dis-assembly of motor and generators.
• Produced detailed and performance specification by clearly understanding factory test reports and inspection results as well as troubleshooting/ repairing various motor and generators problems.
• Monitored and scheduled all repairs carried out to motors, either at customer sites or at authorized Motor Service shops.
• Dealt with day-to-day queries from site and customers, served as key point of contact between customers and motor service shop.
• Carried out Quality inspection and failure analysis of Components and ensured Quality as per ISO 9001:2008, EASA AR-100/2010.
• Ensured any modifications, however minor, are dealt with using the established company process, as well as maintained reports to meet Aramco MSSD procedures.
• Supported Diagnostic and Remedial Work/Operations in the event of equipment failure using relevant Engineering Drawings, Vendor Manuals and other Data to assist with corrective action.
• Maintained accurate and comprehensive records including, but not limited to: event logs, maintenance records, override logs in addition to maintaining positive and tactful relationships with others.
