Pharmaceutical plant
Extraction plant
Tea bag plant
The target was to build the staff, get MOH approval, put policies and procedures, complete the machinery of production and QC lab
I was responsible about both plant, Veterinary and Human.
I'm responsible about production, planning, engineering, Q.C, Q.A.,
I succeeded in opening the sterile area that was delayed for 4 years.
Succeed in opening the old sterile area that was closed by MoH.

At that time GSK was the only multinational pharmaceutical company in the country and helped a lot in writing the GMP manual and guideline of SFDA
Coordination between Jeddah site and other international sites to transfer products for the gulf region to jeddah site
I have started my technical carrier in BMS Egypt we I contributed in upgrading the who machinery of the factory were the start up machinery were all manual
Also I have contributed in ERP system implementation where it was the first branch in BMS to start
