• Reporting directly to the Executive Director with the main responsibility of generating revenue for the company.
• Leading the entire sales department of 225+ (Team Leaders, Sales coordinates, Sales executives and Sales promoters) members, conducting periodical meetings with each dept, assisting to reach goal and objectives pertaining sales, productivity, profitability and industry penetration.
• Preparing category/sub category target of Home & Kitchen appliances, Entertainment, Personal care items and monitoring/follow up periodically belongs to the monthly set Targets.
• Prepare yearly demand Forecasting, annual budget, scheduling expenditures., analyzing variances and introducing corrective measures to ensure the sales department and finance meet their objectives.
• Managing multiple key account customers, Direct handling accounts and other local markets. (as all together 1300 dealers across UAE.)
• Directly or indirectly managing, preparing, expanding and conducting the major/minor promotion deals of Online business market - Souq, Wadi, Noon, Carrefour, Ourshopee etc..
• Researching consumer markets, monitoring trends of Home and kitchen applicances categories then reporting to Sourcing devision, identifying potential investment areas consistent with consumer needs and spending habits.
• Making annual sales quotas for region; projecting estimated sales volume and profit for current and new products.
• Recommending and executing business deals by contacting potential partners, planning week- month-periodical -major/booklet/leaf let promotional activities.
• Closing business deals by coordinating requirements, creating and negotiating contracts and integrating their requirements with business operations.
• Generating DSR and MSR on YTD and MTD basis and reviewing with finance in order to ensure the sales force running with the ultimate object of the company.



Achievements:

Brand listed in Carrefour and brought a tremendous YOY business growth of 30% avg for last 5 year.

As a part of market research, developed a new exclusive product for Carrefour (Power caster) and made it a huge success with a two year turnover of 2 Million business.

Successfully listed and develeped the Online business with well known Online companies (Souq.com, Noon, Wadi etc..)
Successfully uplifted the brand image and equity of ‘’ GEEPAS’’ into the upper class community through marketing activities and diversity of category development where the brand got the Global award of ‘Superbrand Award’ continiously for last 5 years.

Strong credit control and payment term system could reduced the bad debts upto 0.05% and GRV ratio 3%. Ultimate negotiation skill helped to maintain healthier GP and NP for the firm always.

Successfully achieved revenue target on a YOY basis (2016 to 2018 -100% Achievement of Budget target).
