- Projects
o Namaa Capital One (Mega Construction mixed-use building - 5Bil EGP project value- My role was to a create a document management system for the project starting from the concept phase to the construction, also I was responsible for the project data)
o 1 million paper backlog scanning & metadata (Namaa Had documents (more than 1 million paper) since 1998 without any kind of archive (digital or hard). The plan was to make an archive system for the company documents. Then provide an Archive solution for the sister companies)
o SAP Implementation (Material management module was added to my scope and, my role was to support the SAP team in the implementation starting from creating the Material & service list for the group companies, Also DMS module my role was to provide them with the required information about the companies document types, categories, metadata, workflows, etc.)
Job Description
• Create and develop Quality management system for the document control department (Processes-Procedures-Guide lines- Policies-Standers).
• Establishing a procedural framework for identifying, collecting, distributing, and filing the controlled documents
• Develop, implement, and monitor practices for the program’s document
management activities
• Manage an archive room (12000 file capacity).
• Support the analysis, selection, and implementation of document management software packages.
• Support the creation and implementation of process workflows for document control functions.
• Managing a group of Document Controller.
• Conduct training for other document controllers
• Ensure proper document control support is given to each Department
• Control all aspects of documentation on multiple simultaneous projects, utilizing various control methods/systems.
• Ensure all templates used with the department conform to the Company standard
• Create and develop electronic filing and archiving systems for easy issuance, storage, retrieval, and management of documents.
• Providing information, guidance and assisting departments with queries on documentation.
• Administrate SharePoint Libraries.
• Supervise all construction projects documents.
• Manage all the activities related to ERP system (SAP) (Material Management, customer master)
• Responsible for the document management system module Implementation (documents workflow, permissions levels, etc).
- Project: Nasser city - infra project (Area of about 1600 feddans, 27 thousand housing units, and 6680 social housing units, as well as 7160 average housing units)
o Project Value: $200m
o Project Owner: development authority of new Assiut city
- Project: Hayat - Alex Park (Integrated residential resort on an area of 10 acres divided into a number 16 Tower. It features all the services and entertainment)
o Project owner: Marseilia for trading & contracting
o Project consultant: E.C.G
o Project Value: $150 Million.
