- Installing, configuring, updating and maintaining workstation, server software/hardware Document errors and monitor frequent or recurring problems.
- Installing software upgrades and security patches.
- Tracking system capacity (CPU, memory, disk space, etc.) and reporting/correcting any issues.
- Responsible for supporting and maintaining internal computer systems, desktops, laptops.
- High-level problem troubleshooting.
- Replacing failed hardware and addressing system problems.
- Recommend and acquire equipment replacements and upgrades.
- Works closely with different levels of the technical support and engineering teams and efficient support ticketing process to end users.
