During my tenure as the Director of the Specialist Engineering Department at Technical United Co. Ltd., I played a crucial role in providing technical guidance to the engineering department. I managed a team of engineers and was responsible for overseeing the design, development, and testing of various engineering projects while ensuring compliance with quality standards and regulations.
As part of my duties, I also focused on creating a positive and productive work environment for the engineering staff. To achieve this, I regularly monitored and evaluated engineering performance and made necessary adjustments to improve outcomes. As a Site Manager for the HCV Systems O&M Customs Project, based at Saudi Customs Border Al-Batha, Saudi Arabia. My job responsibilities included preparing SMR (Site Material Request) with regarding Product information and competitive design specification according to BOQ (Bill Of Quantity), having hands-on experience on Heimann Cargo Vision Mobile Systems 3.8 MeV and Heimann Cargo Vision MGR Relocatable Systems 6 MeV, fault locations and troubleshooting of all the subsystems, and leading the technical staff to carry out the scheduled Preventive Maintenance in accordance with the manufacturer’s specifications.
As a Sales & Installations Engineer at Rajab & Silsilah Co. in Riyadh. My job responsibilities included achieving set sales targets for Bosch Security Systems as well as Crestron Systems in the region, directly negotiating with end customers, designing cost-effective Home Automation, CCTV, Public Address, Conference Systems and Access Control solutions for customers, handling and following up on customer inquiries, making quotations and proposals for end customers, preparing SMR (Site Material Request) with product information and competitive design specifications according to BOQ (Bill Of Quantity), carrying out installations as a team leader for the technical staff, and interpreting and preparing performance and statistical reports.
