articipate in building Customer Relationship Management data base.
• Receiving Customer requests and coordinate with the relevant party to prepare the appropriate financial and technical offers.
• Supervise the tender invitation process and submit the offers as per terms and conditions requested.
• Preparing contracts and agreements in coordinate with relevant party and the legal office including prices, delivery type, time, credit frame, etc.
• Participate in foreign trade missions and authorized on behalf of KADDB on signing awards decisions.
• Follow up on the delivery of the products for each contract or order.
• Coordinate with KADDB’s affiliate companies and other KADDB’s departments to assure the customer will be served on time and as per the agreed regulations and instructions.
• Coordinate with the financial department to issue the invoices and related certificates to the customer.
• Member of Back to Back purchasing committees.
• Prepare the needed reports for the management for all sales activities and other customize reports as per requested.
• Handling customer’s complaints.
• Handling some BD tasks like evaluate suppliers, initiate new idea to transform into product as per potential client/market requirements, setup connections with external parties to create new JV, cooperation, etc..
• Support KADDB’s affiliate companies in BD and Sales by participating in their business plan, products developments, attract new customers.

•Responsible about setups for new accounts, including prices, delivery type, time, credit frame, etc.
•Responsible about maintaining and applying the company SOPs.
•Public relation issues and matters, show the best company image.
•Involved in future plans and decision making at the managerial level.

-Responsible about coordination between FML and a couple of Sisters Company.
-Responsible about running Warehouse operations in QAIA Airport.
-Responsible of tracking MAWB’s & Airlines flights.
-Responsible about sending reports regards Warehouse operations performance.
-Coordinate the AAFES (Army and Air Force Exchange Services) Air Freight operations in Jordan.
-Communicate, coordinate, follow up and report about on processing or hold items to be manipulated, delivered to other parties, or provide feedback about status.
-Organize and coordinate the formalities regarding the clearing of cargo or shipments at the port.
-Assist in monitoring the performance of the customs clearance, warehouse’s internal departments and escalate any delays or failures to superiors
• Take owner ship of IT problems and to make sure that they are resolved within agreed time scales.
• Involved in managing all IT department Projects (network & infrastructures, CCTV, Time Attendance system, data warehousing application)
• IT Assets management system admin (device aspects, warranty period, license, vendors, order new items, etc...)
• Responsible for Department procedures and SOPs.
