The core functions of work:
1. Prepare Monthly financial statements.
2. Ensuring that the accounting standards are applied.
3. Providing monthly reports like Customers profitability, cash flow, …..
4. Facilitate the work of the External Auditor by preparing the required reports and respond to their inquiries.
5. Providing necessary information and reports to management.
6. Ensure that all clients have been invoiced (Advanced payments - monthly invoices - labor costs - …..) on time with the required accuracy, and review these invoices and do the necessary adjustments when needed.
7. Ensure the implementation of company procedures, policies and client contracts, to obtain the company dues from clients.
8. Ensure the application of the company policies and procedures in the pay of employee salaries (Head Office - Public sector - Individual Sector), and to ensure pay on time, with the correct values.
9. Follow-up subordinates and guiding them when needed, to finish their work on time with the required accuracy, and communicate with clients and other company departments to solve the problems they face and may lead to delay in the issuance of monthly invoices and delay the collection of dues from the company's clients.
10. Review the monthly-reports prepared by subordinates (control of income and expenses - Late in payment clients - ….) to ensure accuracy and relevance, and doing necessary amendments and corrections before submitted to CFO.
11. Ensure that all costs which must be loaded to clients have been included in their invoices.
12. Ensure that all of the amounts which must be loaded to employees or workers have been recorded on their accounts (files) to be deducted from their monthly dues.
13. Review clients’ accounts, and payroll accounts monthly, and make the necessary adjustments to it.
14. Review clients, payroll journal entries and related accounts and make the necessary adjustments when necessary.
15. Review and approve salaries files which uploaded by subordinates on bank online systems (Rajhi Bank / SAIB Bank) and ensure that all the employees data (account numbers-salary amounts- …..) is correct.
16. Review payment vouchers (bank / cash) made by subordinates and submit it to CFO for final approval.
17. Review sales commission and collection commission before final approval by CFO.
18. Review the clients' cost centers monthly, and make the necessary adjustments.
19. Responsible for new system implementations (Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012) (and upgrading to Microsoft Dynamics AX 365)
1. Audit daily journal entries.
2. Audit the treasury statement daily.
3. Review monthly bank statements (preparing monthly adjustments).
4. Ensuring that the accounting standards are applied.
5. Review third-parties and other external actors dues.
6. Review settlement of monetary payments and expenses.
7. Review monthly trial balance.
8. Participate in the preparation of the final financial statements every 3 months and at the end of the year.
9. Facilitate the work of the external auditor of the company and auditors of CAO (the Central Auditing Organization) and follow the requirements of the performance of their work.
