Responsibilities:-
• Assessing the marketplace. Understanding public/customer wants and needs.
• Reviewing projects/studies to be carried out and making necessary changes for the improvement of quality of data.
• Reporting directly to the Data Acquisition Manager regarding progress, updates and issues relating to projects and employees' grievances.
• Provide timely feedback to the management team on customer trends, issues and needs.
• Recruiting and training qualified staff and making sure performance guidelines are met.
• Preparation of salaries, bonuses and sending to the manager for approval.
