Prepare required plans and programs to develop team skills
Prepare a list of questions to discuss project data and scope of work

In charge of leading a team of designers and visualizers to cover all items in RFP
Lead required coordination with project team in GULF offices to produce effective work plans
Prepare concept design program and deliverables schedules
Prepare schematic designs including outline proposals, FF&E Documents.
Attend kick off meetings with clients at beginning of each project phase
Technical reviews of design and working Packages to coordinate for any modifications
Responsible to evaluate team performance on a year quarter basis
- As a project designer, in charge of designing mega projects within the company
- Meet with clients to determine Scope of work
- Undertake RFP studies to clarify items not covered and requirements
- Undertake site survey and review of site information and actual as-built conditions
- Format briefing documents which collates information obtained for client approval
- Prepare concept design program and deliverables schedules with project team
- Prepare schematic designs including outline proposals, mood boards and visual sketches
- Attend concept proposal with clients for approvals and respond to requirements for next phase
- Assign tasks and develop designs with the team, oversee and coordinate with all parties
- Ensure project process are on planned schedules and all deliverables meet project objectives
- present and discuss final design proposal submitting items
- Review shop drawings for items that are detailed within design package
- Attend meeting in Oman as scheduled to follow up on the project progress, inspect work, and produce defects list for contractor use
- In charge of designing the Group projects, managing design and technical team in Egypt offices
- Receive the owner brief coordinate with design manager to determine scope of work
- Attend meeting in Jeddah as scheduled to undertake site survey and review of site information and actual as-built conditions
- Review healthcare instructions of finishes and fabrications for hospital projects
- Format briefing documents which collates information obtained for owner approval

- Review concept proposal with design manager for approvals

- Review technical drawings done by technical Dep. To ensure compliance with design intent
- Ensure project process are on planned schedules and all deliverables meet planned programs considering all instructions provided earlier during the process
- Present and discuss final design proposal with the owner to update if requested
- Inspect, follow-up and supervise work on-site in Jeddah as scheduled
- Meeting with clients to determine scope in RFP and clarify items not covered

- Select materials from the contractor list which suits the client brief or advise if alternative need to be sourced and prepare material board
- Select lighting fixture options which suits the client or advise if alternative need to be sourced
- During technical design phase, review shop drawing produced by contractor for items that are detailed in design drawings including feature elements and joinery work
- During construction phase, inspect works and produce defects list for contractors use
- Meeting with chief Designer and client to determine scope of work
- Gather mood and prepare design concept including colored layouts and visual 3D perspectives considering design scope discussed
- Lead team of designers and technical team during the concept and design development phase
- Work on detailed design packages and supervise draughtsman and fresh designers
- Assist chief designer in coordination with contractor, vendor and any correspondence required
- Inspect site works and report defects found to the direct manager
