 Review and approve shop drawings and material submissions to ensure alignment with design intent.
 Ensure all designs comply with relevant building codes, standards, and regulations.
 Organize and lead regular team meetings to review project progress, address challenges, and streamline workflows.
 Implement and oversee QAQC processes to ensure all aspects of the project meet the firm’s high standards using
BIM360/ ACC
 Mentor and provide guidance to junior interior architects and drafting technicians, fostering a collaborative team
environment

 Responsible to review project data such as built conditions, drawings, and pictures
 Prepare required plans and programs to develop team skills
 Prepare a list of questions to discuss project data and scope of work
 Attend meeting with clients to cover all items in the project questionnaire
 In charge of leading a team of designers and visualizers to cover all items in RFP
 Lead required coordination with project team in GULF offices to produce effective work plans

- Meeting with chief Designer and client to determine scope of work
- Gather mood and prepare design concept including colored layouts and visual 3D perspectives considering design scope discussed
- Lead team of designers and technical team during the concept and design development phase
- Work on detailed design packages and supervise draughtsman and fresh designers
- Assist chief designer in coordination with contractor, vendor and any correspondence required
- Inspect site works and report defects found to the direct manager
