 Plan an Individual Development Plan for service members to ensure performance and quality and target

Achievements:
1- Quality Information Center (QIC) Representative:
Quality Information Center is a tool of a reporting line V- its purpose is to recognize a possible failures at early
Process “PMP” of BMW AG. Relevant topics are for instance:
 Verifications and clear-cut description of error-patterns on the bases of additional information;
 Getting feedbacks as fast as possible.
2-Service Advisors Coaching Process Responsible:
The Service Advisors coaching is a project for personal and business development funded by Mohamed Yousuf
Naghi and supported by BMW AG. Ensuring of applying BMW service process at different stages of the
Aftersales area to ensure the best service quality. By applying:
 An on job training with each service advisor individually;
 Different types of Roll Plays of service situations for each service advisor;
 The correct implementations of BMW Service Reception at the Car steps;
 Ensure the smooth of BMW Service Process (contact, booking, preparation consultation, service
consultation, workshop process, invoicing, handover and feedback);
 Cross Selling while service consultation.
Which at the end reflects on our service quality delivery as:
 Increasing CSI records from 62% to 83% in the first 3 month of implementation;
 Smoothing the work flow and overcome the delays which insure fast service;
 Provide quick solutions of service problems;
 Improving the Repair Order Quality.

* Responsible for Facilities planning up to BMW Retail Standard (work bays, diagnosis tools, work place
process);
* Preparing and ensuring of Target Achievement for all premises;
* Preparing and planning for Service Campaigns and Service Advertising opportunities;
* Looking after service business opportunities and market competition to ensure profit and quality;
* Coaching of employees and prepare Individual Development Plan to achieve maximum performance;
* Advising & solving technical problems in all dealers' workshops;
systems and new service tools and equipment;
* Regular Aftersales analysis to ensure profitability and quality based on BMW Retail Standard;
* Support vehicle and system software updating;
* Perform Audit Program quarterly to ensure BMW Process implementation and Retail Standard.
* Monitor and responsible over all BMW operations with critical organization like (Presidency, National
Defense, Ministry of Interiors, Embassies, People Council, Ministry Cabinets);
* Supporting the workshops of National Defiance and Presidency workshops;
* Performing and reporting accident analysis to BMW AG;
* Preparing technical reports in regards to lawsuit court cases and legal consultant issues belongs to
(CPA);
* Coordinate with customer service (CS) on daily basis;
2- Being one of the team who was responsible to building two new branches (Abo Rawash 66 working
bay and Almaza 15 working bay), I was responsible for special tools and equipment ordering,
workshop tools ordering, follow up with contractors and the new building and suppliers of tools and planning of reception and workshop as per BMW Brand Identity and BMW Retail Standard.
3- A team member with Warranty Mgr. whom attended BMW Warranty Audit (over period of 5 years) and achieved a percentage of 1.73 %
4- Selected to be the Project Manager; whom responsible of implementing the new Dealer
Management System for sales and Aftersales (Autoline)
