- Resident engineer (High Touch Engineer) on major customer premises both on large enterprise ( ie: Dubai Airports Company, emirates airline ) and Service Provider (ie: DU, Wataniya-kuwait )
- Handle cases opened by customers as part of High Touch Technical Support (HTTS) and Cisco TAC and work on cases to insure resolution in the most effective manner.

- Writing of several Cisco services documents and best practices

- Involvement in Network Upgrade and Migration Activities
- Development, support, maintenance and implementation of Advanced Services lab..
