Highlights and Key Responsibilities as medical director / operational manager(May ’09 - Present):
• Played a key role in designing the 1st model management in Jeddah body consisting of the sections and administrative organization to ensure sequential workflow.
• Instrumental in creating unit studies/statistics and future planning in compliance with the set policies.
• Instituted field Consultative Committee State branch in Jeddah, a unit built for discussing and exchanging views between leaders and officials working in Ambulatory services .
