* 5 years in DHL supply chain as an (Export SAP coordinator, senior and lately planning supervisor, P&G LLP Operations, ), I own SAP handling For Export (outbound) Team. My entire Task related to P&G (Procter & Gamble) operation, planning & Logistics cycle, starting from receiving orders from MDO, share the production plan with P&G Planners, and execute the preparation steps for production planning and running all received orders on SAP system to have an exact Loading dates & ETS (Estimated time of sailing ) for Each order and guarantee that all orders must be delivered on Actual ETA to avoid the ( SAMBC & CFR ) hits, following up all orders through sending daily trucking requests to different truckers like ( OAO, UTI, M&K, Schenker) also following up with warehouse team all orders that completely loaded so that we can print out the ICI ( Internal Company Invoice ) following up as well daily with different shipping lines to have daily booking confirmations and send it via trucking request to truckers so as they can get
all needed containers on the specific loading time from different ports like ( SCCT, port said, Alex and SOKHNA ).
All previous is to guarantee that all orders are shipped on the suitable vessels that meet the customer ETA. Also deal with the whole operation logistics challenges while doing booking, submitting finals, different documentations paper COA, COC, COO, product inspections & finally receive the Bill of lading for all daily orders and send it to the MDO globally to finalize customs and clearance issues, etc....

*Preparing team member KPIs.
Creating tracking performance sheets.
*Measure the different KPIs for Production teams in P&G through OSR report (Order Status Report).
*Co operating with P&G teams to match the OTD /CFR Targets within monthly shipments.
*Preparing the appraisal forms & supporting my team in achieving good results.
*Representing DHL in internal meetings with P&G to settle the ORCA & Global carrier tenders.
 Valid 6 formal logistics certification in different aspects from DHL Supply Chain “Turkey Head Office” as follows :
•Deutsche Post DHL - Information Security English.
•Effective Team Communication.
•Leading Teams Establishing Goals, Roles, and Guidelines Certification.
• Leading Teams Fostering Effective Communication and Collaboration.
•Listening Essentials the Basics of Listening.
•Road Safety First Certification.

• Receive the purchase order from Mars Material Planner & Commercial department in case of CIF & Exwork.
• Contact the agent and sending the purchase order to handle the shipment.
• Contact the supplier to update the shipment readiness date.
• Sending Offer to Mars.
• Send Import Report for Material Planner, Commercial Department & Engineering.
• Confirm the documents accuracy and its arrival before the shipment arrival.
• Receive the shipping details and informing Mars.
• Receive copy from shipping documents and attach a check list to the documents.
• Prepare bank documents and sending to the clearing agent.
• Confirm the shipment arrival.
• Receive Daily clearance report from all clearing agents (UTI & TRANSMISR).
• Send a daily clearance report to the Material Planner.
• Send a releasing notification mail to the finance department.
• Confirm shipment arrival in the warehouse at the target time.
• Receive the Import & Export UTI Invoices and deliver it to Mars (Finance Department).
• Preparing cover letter to be signed by Mars confirming Invoices receiving.
• Solving any issues raised in the invoices both import & Export.

• Enhancing the relation with the customer through his/her immediate contacts and other decision makers within the customer premises.
• Qualifying all the opportunities of new business from the customers that we are not handling at moment and coordinating with her / her direct manager to gain this business.
• Receive request for reservation
• Prepare daily reports and monthly report on the status of the shipments to client.
• Deliver / provide the shipping documents to client logistics manager.
• Receive emails from client concerning the shipments and make reply to them.

• Solve any problems concerning the shipping process before the shipment reach client premises.
• Ensure that shipments shall reach client premises at the time.
• Notify client with the coming shipments before reaching client premises.
• Acts as a liaison between UTI and client.
• Represent UTI in the meetings between UTI and client.
• Maintain the objective point of view between UTI and client.
• Review the invoices issued by UTI and assures that it is issued according to the updated rates listed in the SOP before submitting them to client.
• Reject any invoice not issued according to the updated rates in the SOP and return them back to UTI for correction.

• Making Decisions and Solving Problems — analyzing information and evaluating results to choose the best solution and solve problems.
