• Business awareness. Maintains a clear understanding of how the specialist area fits within Fujitsu to ensure it meets the requirements.
• Monitoring Workload. Monitors own workload and/or that or the team, recognizes changing priorities and manages the workload accordingly in order to achieve teams targets and continue to provide a quality service.
• Technical capability. Maintains knowledge of the specialized area to help ensure the service to the company operates effectively and problem resolution and maintenance of service availability is maintained.

Reporting to Manage of director and responsible for the following: - To assist all aspects of an organizational unit to achieve defined objectives. - To lead and manage a group of individuals to achieve the goals of the organization. - Ensure that the relationship between the management and employees is managed professionally and, wherever possible, to mutual benefit. - To identify individuals from a database resource pool, who are available and have the appropriate capability to meet requests.
Reporting to General Manager and responsible for the following: All aspects of Personnel and Administration Manager within the assigned business units within the Company. Personnel: All roles engaged in Personnel functions such as recruitment and selection, training, Wages, Salaries and incentives, employee / industrial relations, manpower planning. To provide an efficient and professional, generalist personnel service to a defined area or business activity within the country. Administration: All Administration and commercial functions of the company, undertaking various projects and helping to establish the internal systems required by the company.
Reporting to Human Resources Director. - Assisting the Human Resources Director by conducting the training plan, headcount report, employee’s surveys and the results, pay plan. - Capable of resolving day-to-day issues in an independent manner with only limited supervision.
Follows up and controls the depositing postponed checks for 12 banks. Issuing and preparing all the reports for the banks balances of the postponed checks. Follows up and controls the retraction of the checks from banks. Sales Follows up all the postponed selling operations, & preparing the reports for all due Checks. Follows up and prepares the payment reports of selling operations for Salesmen. Controlling and preparing the reports for consumption of the row materials. Controlling and preparing the reports of finished goods.
Providing changeable systems design and programming services to customers. Support and training more experienced members of team on allocated tasks.
