(Refinery Project full cycle - Brownfield to Commission to stabilization now to Optimization)

- Working in the responsible Project Division for project execution of Refinery (Concept to Commissioning) independently handling design /Engineering, construction and handover to end-users mainly Operation Dept., Maintenance Dept.
- Prepared SOW, SOR, FDS and technical specifications for major Management of Change (MOC) projects including PCR (plant change requests) through GATE system.
- Prepared structured contract documents, developed initial Contracting Strategy, stage gate approvals, invited bidder, conducted mid tender meetings, Bidder conference, issued tender bulletins & Tender clarifications, and conducted technical & commercial evaluations, negotiations and award of contract.
- Carryout / Participate in FEED, HAZOP, Project Risk Assessment (PRA).to ensure safe working and operating conditions in the project/plant.

- Ensure that all interfaces are coordinated in a logical, systematic and professional manner, monitoring the activities of the EPC contractor in order to achieve a safe, healthy, environmentally friendly, and timely and within budget realization of the project.
- Lead Project risk management reviews for the project.
- Ensure to have all plans and procedures to be in place for the project.
- Leads the project execution to be in compliance with MOC standard through GATE system
- Liaise and coordinate with the other disciplines (Process, Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Quality, Instrumentation and HSE) in the resident team to adequately manage the interfaces for areas where additional expertise is required.
- Monitor and review the activities of the Contractors, ensuring that their activities are in accordance with all Project contractual, statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Keep the Project Head fully informed and highlight issues which have an impact on Project Basis of Design, cost or schedule or safety or regulatory compliance. Provide verbal and written reports as necessary in order to communicate such information.
- Liaise and coordinate with external stakeholders/regulatory authorities as required to achieve timely approvals mainly Operation, Maintenance dept. as Proponent.
- Ensure full compliance with all applicable JERES, JERMS and Project policies and procedures.
