Head of PMO (Program Management Office) & Business Capability Setup

Role is to provide management level PMO services to the Service Delivery teams within a given functional team to ensure a high quality of service to our customers. The services focus on the following: demand, pipeline, project and financial management. PMO services include the embedding of methods and processes within the service delivery teams; monitoring and reporting on the provision of service to customers from initial request through to program/project delivery including managing and conducting program/project health checks; effectively managing the project pipeline to optimize delivery; financial management activities to ensure we are responsibly and effectively managing budgets; resource management activities to ensure effective utilization and capacity management; developing and maintaining the overall goals for the function, contributing to and driving those goals across the function on behalf of the function leader; contributing to the design of processes and tools used by service delivery functions to ensure demand, program/project status, finances etc can be easily aggregated to the enterprise level; reporting via management dashboards with actions identified to deliver continual improvement

• Partner with the Service Delivery Team to understand their portfolio, business strategy, prioritization, etc. to facilitate quality service delivery.
• Customer request reporting and monitoring from initial request through demand management and for approved concepts to program/project delivery
• Assessing and improving the health of programs/projects
• Assessing and improving the effectiveness of portfolio management and demand management processes
• Service Delivery function FY Plan and Outlook principles, processes, roles/responsibilities etc
• Identifying, defining, developing and implementing improvements to project/financial reporting and monitoring processes and procedures
• Driving business savings associated with right-shoring of work
• Provide executive visibility to project, program, portfolio and functional level status, issues, risks, costs, etc.
• Provide information to IT Global Program Management Office so demand, financials, service and project delivery can be aggregated to the enterprise level
• Produce integrated life cycle dashboard reports at the function, portfolio and sub-portfolio levels to show for example demand requests, budget v actual v projected spend, program/project delivery
• Monitor and report on actual and projected spend to ensure function operates within FY Plan/Outlook - function, portfolio and program/project levels.
• Monitor and report on program/project financials to ensure project managers are managing financials in accordance with sound financial principles and recommend corrective actions
• Drive the implementation and embedding of process, methods and best practice into service delivery activities for the function, including project management, financial management, resource management, etc.
• Drive improvements in consistency, effectiveness and efficiency of service delivery processes and tools
• Drive best practice through the champion networks and knowledge coordination
• Conduct program/project health checks to help assure program/project delivery including for example artifact, gate reviews, and monitoring for delivery to scope, time and cost
• Work with the global resource and vendor management teams on staff requirements and reporting.
• Work with the service delivery teams to prioritize customer demand, both within a portfolio and across the function.
• Improve communications, content and transparency of information with key customers
• Managing and priorities pipeline of BAU/rightshoring work coming into the CDSS Project Management team
• Currently Working with CDSS Head of Project Management to ensure that the resource pool is sufficient to meet business demands and manage a higher utilization rate.
• Developing and managing against a detailed project plan for transition of PM work offshore, both at a Programme and at a phase/contract/resource level.
• Currently managing a team of BSO ROW and BT Captive Resources
• Providing Input & Actively participate to Training Programme, Hiring of CDSS PM Team currently and other team previously.
• Managing Transition work with BT vendor like TechM. Using BT methodology.
• Working with other support function (Finance, HR & IT) to deliver the business objective to business
• Drive improved knowledge management, ensuring that lessons are learned and shared within the team and ensure that best practice templates are developed and shared within the broader CDSS PM Team

Head of Transitions & Transformation
Responsible for the service transition activities related to the firm's complex infrastructure and application solution projects. The main activities are to ensure the smooth ongoing operation and support of the solution, and the successful technical deployment to the user community. I am responsible for assessing the transition scope, Due Diligence and characteristics of each project, and from this construct and execute an appropriate transition/Transformation plans.

• Responsible for planning and overseeing the transfer of key information necessary for the support, operation and acceptance of solutions deployed into production. This includes operational readiness, support documentation and acceptance checklists.
• Ensure service transition is planned and executed to schedule, budget and scope
• Build complex transition plans including infrastructure/application support models, change management, learning & communication deliverables
• Coordinate the business readiness plan, taking into consideration IT deployment, data migration, capability deployment (training and engagement activities) and any business activities required to integrate new processes or jobs into the 'business as usual' environment
• Be responsible for installation activities, providing effective team leadership, including information flow to and from operations during project work
• Co-ordinate routine installations and de-installations of items of hardware and/or software
• Monitor the effectiveness of installations and ensures that appropriate recommendations for change are made
• Access, analyze, develop, document and implement changes based on requests for change
• Liaise with business and IT partners on release scheduling and communication of progress
• Work with project manager to establish end-to-end project plan and approach
• Contribute to business case and ROM estimates for complex projects
• Demonstrated mastery of the process competency principles and practices
• Identify, escalate and manage project risks
• Assess complex service transition risks
• Develop relationships across the organization
• Tracking allocation of new delivery assignment to PMs & Order processors.
• Track delay in furnishing mandatory data for order processing & TAT for order processors.
• Track the status of the delivery assignment vis-à-vis - customer PO, CRD, CCD, revised CCD
• Track the "health" of the delivery assignment by reporting progress against CRD, CCD, revised CCD, Budget, Risk & Issues & RAG status.
• Used to feed into the Delivery Dashboard Reporting
• Reports - ordering requests received, completed, active, on-hold over a month.
• Reports - order RAG status for "closed" and "active" orders over a month.
• Reports - product wise & country wise distribution of ordering requests.
• Reports - delay in ordering due to non-availability of mandatory info in DCA checklist.
• Reports - APAC SOH-RFT result for the month.
• Reports - pre-sales & bid supported for the month.


Program: PPP Cost Saving & BSO Transition
• In this I was working as BSO Transition Lead.
• Working on Transition of project from APAC country to BSO in India.
• Developing and Maintaining sharepoint.
• Creating project plans.
• Resource allocation to account
• Creating procedures and process.
• Monitoring & controlling entire transition.
• Realize a cost benefits to senior management.
• Successfully transition Novartis, Unilever, Schenker & ZP.
• Cost saving was 400K GBP.

Program: Sales Capability development
• This program rollout in Entire APAC Region. Working with Sales Directors, HR BP, VP HR, Head OD and L&D Lead.
• In this program I am responsible for managing Internal and External Stakeholders.
• This is BT internal program to increase sales capability in the APAC region.
• Create project scope document, project plan, WBS and Risk Register.
• Prepare and present dashboards to senior stakeholders and provide regular update about program.
• Support sales/marketing teams on products sales, trade shows. Showcase how BT runs on BT for networking and voice solutions.
• With the help of this program, we are trying to increase sales capability in the region.
