• Manage all operations of SCM ensuring pre-set objectives of the company are achieved with strict adherence to quality, budgets, productivity and safety
• Handle complete material cycle right from purchase planning, orders processing till receipt of goods in the warehouses and distribution to customers
• Supervise 60+ Employees of Material Management, Procurement

• Responsible for all supply chain and logistics activities like global procurement, Custom clearance, bonded warehousing, logistics and distribution and customer support.
• Streamlining the system and procedures for effective inventory control and ensure ready avaibility of material to meet the production / maintenance target.
• Prepared and maintained MIS reports on Inventory Turnover Ratio, Ageing Reports of Pending GRN, and Rejections etc
• Overseeing the warehouse management and maintaining reduced inventory levels, maintaining the stock of material without any variance by conducting stock verification and documentation.
• Inventory analysis, inter site transfer and creating MIS reports as per requirement of management
• Co-ordination with Business Group, HO and Regional Office regarding Stock Transfer / Sales of material for inter site transfer of surplus material, obsolete and high value spares.
• Co-ordinate with SAP group for improvement in Material Management module and to develop various reports in SAP-BIW for making system more users friendly.
• An approximately 4000 duplicates code has been merged valuing Rs. 11.54 Crores.
• Develop Automation of Stock controlled PR system in SAP
• Non-Moving Inventory Reduced by 20% valuing Rs. 20 Crores through close follow-up with plants and specification updating.
• Enhanced specification of 25000 materials to reduced purchasing lead-time and eliminate dormant inventory.
