Preparing monthly financials and reporting to management on monthly basis, forecasting and budgeting, GL scrutiny, handling Internal Audit and Statutory Audit. Overlooking payable and receivable. Process Audit of internal department etc.
Job Responsibilities :
1. Includes handling of all imported material purchasing, dealing with C&F Agent, Making duty payment etc.
2. Monthly closing like provision entries, report preparation, preparation of schedules, Trial balance finalization.
3. Physical stock taking on monthly basis, Analysis of over / under consumption.
4. Handling of Statutory as well as internal Auditors requirement
5. Overall accounting control
Handling of all account payable for imported material, systems internal control a/c reconciliation, reconciliation with the party accounts, preparation of Balance Sheets and schedules related to balance sheet, working capital and Budget comparison statement
Includes handling all account related work on TALLY 6.3 with Cost Center &
Cost Categories and preparation of financial statement for different project undertaken by the Organisation, reports required to send the funding Agency as per their requirement .
Job responsibilities Primarily included handling Account work of the Company independently, Preparation of Financial report, TDS Certificate, Various Account report as per the MIS requirement .
