Process of Workmen Compensation Claims :- ➢ Ensuring all workmen claims are registered with Insurance Co. on weekly basis. ➢ Ensuring workmen claims report submitted to management in detail including major accidents caused in sites/offices in monthly basis. ➢ Ensuring all Workmen compensation claims Credit notes receipts and submitting for accounting in accounts department. ➢ Keeping up to date Workmen Compensation records into Access System. Process of Health Insurance:- ➢ Ensuring all newly enrolled employees Medical insurance cards are prepared by submitting documents to Insurance co. ➢ Ensuring tracks of health cards scan copies and photo copies received from Ins. Co. and welfare team dispatched to respective sites/project/offices. ➢ Ensuring health cards for cancelled members are cancelled on weekly basis with receipt of refund premium from insurance co. Additional responsibilities : (listed in order of priority) ➢ Assisting Corporate Insurance Manager in Official Work ➢ Ensuring additional supporting documents receipts from personnel/HR dept. for injured members for workmen claims. ➢ Ensuring all medical cash reimbursement claims submitted on periodic basis and reimbursed from insurance co. for group.
➢ Handling the counter, Checking out stock necessity in the store, Responsible for succeeding the target ➢ Staff training on Client service, basic merchandise knowledge, and company policy etc. ➢ Handling customer related issues, appropriate Decision making and ensuring optimum Customer satisfaction, getting replacement for the defective items from the Brand.
➢ Loyalty Program Operations: Enrolling memberships & encouraging the associates to make enrolments customers, Points Redemption at the desk, Handling Élite offers & Campaigns, ➢ Customer Service: Handling customer related issues, appropriate Decision making and ensuring optimum Customer satisfaction, Getting replacement for the defective items from the Brand, ➢ Achievements: While handling the loyalty showed a growth of 40%
➢ Ensuring product presentation with performance and returns maintain and implementing as per company policy (duty roster, grooming with discipline) and responsible for achieving the target. ➢ Ensuring staff training on customer service with basic product knowledge and company policy etc. ➢ Ensure proper implementation of all schemes and Promoting Value added services with post-paid and prepaid connections and handling Customer service disputes/grievances and readdress to the customer.
Handling the store. Checking out stock requirement in the store. Going to nursing, management schools, college, hospitals and getting orders of aprons, school uniforms, and management uniforms from Various schools & Management colleges and Collecting payments for the delivery of order.
Handling the Restaurant Sales and Enrolling Staffs and giving training, motivating, developing good morale among the staffs. Planning & buying stocks for the restaurant for every season. Successfully delivering till date.
