• Process mapping and analysis with risk based approach.
• Develop and manage the processes including training, employee development.
• Review and re-structure department processes, methods and activities to assure the most effective use of resources.
• Develop new policies and procedures for operational and control impacts on corporate and international standards.
• Perform informal Risk and Opportunity assessment.
• Execution of Process Review Meetings (PRMs) as per the applicable procedures to ensure effectiveness of Clients processes and their compliance with the management system.
• Participates in the various cross-functional committees/ teams for multiple purposes to achieve optimal cooperation and to assume seamless quality service.
• Analyze process models coming from new and existing processes to identify the quality management system requirements and gaps in defining the RACI within the process model.
• Define appropriate process performance management tools (SLAs, OLAs, KPIs) and get cross-functional approvals. Measuring, monitoring and managing performances of business processes.
• Maintain and update the corporate operational excellence framework, monitoring compliance with requirements in framework.
• Review and re-structure department processes, methods and activities to assure the most effective use of resources.
• Participate in the business and process risk analysis and evaluation of controls activities.
• Manage department budget and expenditures to achieve established KPIs.
• To participate in the planning, execution and reporting of the group level internal audits, quality assurance and investigation activities.
• Develop and assist in integrating performance measurements (leading and lagging indicators) that clearly articulate company’s performance.
• Manage audit process to ensure all Management Systems meets Company, legal and customer compliance.
• Maintain updated knowledge of rules, regulations and standards in the field of related matters of interest to the department.
• Handle External audits of certification bodies, regulatory bodies like Kuwait Fire Department, Ministry of Health, customers and suppliers.
• Conduct Management review meetings to update and review status of processes.
• Assist QHSE Manager in implementing Quality, Environment, HACCP, Occupational Health and Safety related requirements at all Projects.
• Ensure Safe and healthy work practices at their Projects and work places.
• Inform QHSE Manager on issues related to Quality, Environment, safety & occupational health at their Projects or Work Place
• Ensure adequate training / awareness on Quality, environment, Health and safety among all levels of personnel at their Projects or Department
• Inspection of work sites with authority to take proof of evidences with respect to HSE
• Report to QHSE Manager in case of accidents.
• Ensure to follow the Documented requirements of QHSE at Project site or departments
• Process mapping with systematic approach

• Risk Assessment, Control Implementations
• Conducting Internal Auditor Training Programs
• Review Implementation of ISO related quality records like Sequence of Interaction process,
• Conducting Internal Audits

• Executing Hazard & Risk Assessment Study
• Executing Aspect & Impact Study
Erection and Commissioning of Multiple Effect Evaporator at Sparkvee Fine Chemicals (Raichur) for the waste treatment produced during the production of pharmaceutical drugs, as a graduate Engineer Trainee (GTE) and was involved during the erection of the plant and as a shift engineer for commissioning of the plant.
