Major Responsibilities
Meeting clients, pitching for potential client
Analyze business potential & execute strategies to drive sales to achieve desired sale targets.
Identify, qualify and pursue business opportunities through market surveys and map as per plans as
well as through lead generation.
Implement strategies/ processes with a view to penetrate new accounts & expand existing ones, meeting
pre-determined targets.
Effectively manage Customer Relation Operations & ensure maximum Customer Satisfaction by
providing timely clarification of queries as well as generation of additional business.
Identify new viable avenues to augment business generation by handling promotional activities.
Monitor the market tends; report on market and competitor activities
Prepare weekly and quarterly reports on regular basis to exercise operational control on sales
performance
Monitor clients’ portfolio performance, conduct profitability analysis, render sustained advisory
services & increase retention levels.
Analyze risk appetite of an individual for providing them apt investment solutions; ensure that
solutions provided match the risk profile.
Maintain healthy business relations with high net worth & corporate/ institutional clients conduct
presentations and negotiate with the client for securing the orders.
Provide advisory services to corporate & high net-worth customers on substantially improve funds
management and profitability.
Work closely with Sales Coordination and Technical Department from Proposal submission to
project completion
Major Responsibilities
The role holder is responsible for the enforcement and maintenance of a suitable housekeeping standard in the unit ensuring that fixtures / fittings and physical stock presentation are optimized.
The role holder is a key link in promoting the sales to our customer base of cabin crew (and other EK staff).
The position is responsible for devising and recommending promotions to DFOS including PWP, GWP, Bog off and other incentives. Understand and apply the IFS Quality Policy Statement enthusiastically to fully satisfy our customers first time every time.
To monitor, evaluate and report product defects with a view to identifying poor quality trends, and accurately determining the cause of potential problems. Where the cause is external the jobholder will take appropriate action with supplier to remedy problem and avert future reoccurrence.
To actively seek and obtain customer feedback and manage customer complaints.
The role holder will assist the DFOS with regards to supplier / product selection by making recommendations to DFOS with regards to assortment of product to meet customer expectations.
To control stock movements both incoming and outgoing from EKFK, ensuring the correct quantity/specifications are delivered and monitoring the timely delivery of all products. In line with the growth of the airline to forecast and adjust stock requirements to ensure the optimal stock holding level.
To ensure that goods are receipted and received in good condition ensuring an adequate audit trail is maintained to enable EK to track and reconcile stock.
The role holder is responsible for the visual look and feel of the shop, including product display and layout of the unit
Major Responsibilitie
Leading, mentoring and supervising a team of 30 staff to manage the entire store.
Maintaining audit compliance in all departments.
Delivering induction and training of all new staff.
Responsible for inventory management and keeping the management aware of the day-to-day requirements of the customers.
Ensuring that store accurately carries out all loss prevention activities as defined by stock loss action plans.
Co-ordinate with the payroll and accounts department.
Liaison with the Department Manager on day-to-day operational.
Co- ordinate with the warehouse no stock receiving and set up.
Been part of a team for the opening and set up of store and back of house operations for four stores in Dubai.
Major Responsibilities
Overseeing the security arrangements within varied shopping malls like Deira City Centre, Lamcy Plaza and Ibn Battuta Mall.
Supervising my team of Security Staff members
Providing customers with information and answering their queries when required
Submitting daily reports to the company on the activity within the premises
Reporting thefts, catching shoplifters and dealing with the police in these and related matters
Major Responsibilities
Checking the seating arrangements in the restaurant, the cutlery and crockery arrangements on each table and the mis-en-place.
Welcoming and seating customers entering the restaurant.
Taking food and beverage orders.
Interacting with the kitchen and the bar.
Serving customers in a timely, polite and professional manner.
Looking after the general administration of the restaurant, like the duty chart and daily duty roster of the team. Allocating sections to team members and overseeing the smooth and well coordinated running of the restaurant.
