Management, Supervision and handling day to day activities of the branch. Review System Reports daily.Monitor and Review General Ledgers, Suspense Accounts, ATM Services, Branch Security etc. Report and coordinate with other departments for adherence and development the compliance. Making sure to comply with State Bank of Pakistan defined regulations and procedures. Staff Management and development through Job rotation and HR approved training policies. Ensuring excellent audit rating. Monitor and Review budget of the branch ensuring cost efficiency.Ensuring proper controls and checks. Ensure implementation of service standard to achieve low incidence of complaint
Management and administration of daily operation of a full service branch office which includes security and safety in accordance with the Bank's policy. Providing superior level of customer services and cross selling through staff motivation. Overall supervision of the branch activities including maintaining adequate level of funds in the branch, ATM and pre-audit the performance of other staff. Assist other branch staff to accomplish objectives and goals. Participate in community affairs to increase the Banks visibility and to enhance new and existing business opportunities
Supervision of the cash department. Facilitate teller buys and sells to the vault. Balance vault and ATM daily. Assist new tellers in training. Maintain proper supply at the cash counter. Maintain proper teller and vault cash levels including ordering coins and currency. Make sure availability of cash is according to Central bank requirement.
1- Opening of new accounts,
2- Ensure smooth handling of acquisition and delivery of cheque
books and Debit cards,
3- inward / Outward clearing and online funds transfers.
4- Oversee dormant/inactive accounts activation along with stop
payment requests.
5- Supervision of overseas remittances transactions
