Sourcing potential employees and conducting preliminary interviews for short listed candidates and preparing job offers for approved ones.
• Coordinating the process of any governmental matters related to the Company.
• Monitoring all personnel performance and assisting the general management with respect to every employee's appraisal and assessment.
• Providing accurate and timely processing of monthly payroll, leave salaries, end of services benefits/indemnities, and any other employees allowances or benefits.
• Maintaining leave, sick, absent and overtime records and reports.
• Recommending to the general management training and development program to grow and develop job and career enhancing skills.
• Issuing cash and checks receipt vouchers.
• Securing proper receipt voucher for each released payment by check or cash.
• Settling any disbursement or petty cash expense as per company policies and procedures.
• Managing the process of all governmental matters.
• Ensuring the proper planning of all drivers daily work and monitoring their daily movements.
• Managing the acquisition of all office supplies, tools, stationery, and any other purchases as per the company policies and procedures.
• Taking necessary safety and security measures related either to office premises, company assets and other important confidential documents or matters related to the company operation.
• Ensuring as deemed required proper maintenance and repair either in house or thru any second party of all office equipments, furniture, vehicles, etc.
• Assisting the General Manager in developing all company’s policies and procedures.
• Providing to any concerned department or personnel whatever administrative services which could be needed to maintain a smooth operation.
• Coordinating between all departments and the external law firm with respect to all legal matters related to the company
