In a good relation with most of sea lines: (Maersk-CMA-Chins Shipping_Hapag-Evergreen-Asmiral-PIL-OOCL-
SEAGO-Cosco-Hanjian-MSC)
Handle all kinds of shipments (CFA- CIF-EXW-FOB-DAP-DDP-….) & more kinds of commodity like
(Fruits & Vegetables - Stones - PVC- Car Spare Parts-Garments- Textiles - PVC materials - Furniture - Network &Fiber glass….. )
Handle Cross booking whatever LCL or FCL whatever commodity.
Follow up shipments from A to Z with agent or Co-Loaders or sea line.
Offer all kinds of incoterms shipments - Import & Export -to agents or clients directly.
Work on freight System (IST) including all data & expenses of shipment + issue invoice to clients of debits to agent.
Issue HBL & Manifest & ISF sheet for USA export shipments.
Follow up clearance team to try to save time to client as offered him.
Prepare shipment DOCS for clearance before shipping to avoid any problems at DEST
E-Booking on line with (Maersk - Seago- CMA-OOCL-Hapag)
Working on agent system on line to follow up shipments on line
Working by on drive sheets on line with agents
Check all agents invoices & study our statments + prepare fully details & clear transfer request to our ACC DPT

-Handle all kinds of shipments (CFA- CIF-EXW-FOB-DAP-DDP-….) & more kinds of commodity like (Fruits & Vegetables Buses spare parts- Books -Garments- Textiles - wallpapers-Fabric- Furniture - ….etc) Also DGR shipments.
-Follow up shipments from A to Z with agent or Co-Loaders or sea line.
-Offer all kinds of incoterms shipments - Import & Export - Sea & Air to agents or clients directly.
-Mention to Documentation issue HBL or HAWB & Manifest & check the MBL & MAWB with who's responsible
to issue it.
-Follow up clearance team to try to save time to client as offered him.
-Prepare shipment DOCS for clearance before shipping to avoid any delaying in clearance.
Catch spot rates from air & sea lines then prepare offers to clients
•Make booking with air lines & sea lines.
•Follow up customer & their booking & requests and provide them with the shipping details.
•Follow up shipment with air lines + sea lines & through websites.
•Dealing with several Inco Terms.
•Daily report of shipments includes the situation of each shipment.
•Contact Agents all over the world.
•Make a clearance air & sea shipments( ALEX - Dekhila - PSD EAST + WEST)
•Issue the MAWB & HAWB for air export shipments & BL +
Front office to serve customers.
•Make booking with air lines.
•Follow up customer & their booking & requests and provide them with the shipping details.
•Follow up shipment with air lines & through airlines websites.
•Make a clearance for some kinds of shipments.
•Issue the AWB for export shipments.
