Managed validation of products demand signal for 5 Maghreb sourcing countries including innovation projects by running weekly internal DSR with supply planning team. Obtained weekly supply plan confirmation with each customer by Stock Transfer Request conversion to Stock Transfer Orders in open period and generated Outbound Deliveries for the confirmed orders to share it with logistics team for shipments plan preparation.
