•Manage and Supervise the Assistant Manager and Sales Associates, A team of 14
•Oversee the operational requirements of the store and concession for Gallery Lafayette
•Act as a brand ambassador to groom the team and clients
•Achieve weekly, monthly and annual plan goals as well as on an individual basis
•Weekly/Monthly report and inventory checks by category department
•Monitor and or achieve category department performance by KPIs
•Create a strong presence on the sales floor for employees

•Ensure exceptional Customer Service at all times, Build and maintain a strong client relationships

•Implement interview and selection process to recruit new hires, as well as all HR process

•Organize and keep a neat cash wrap, fitting room, back office, stock and replenish sales floor daily
•Maintain Visual Merchandising is consistent with the company standards
to brand ambassador and managed a team of 8 people on daily operations.

•Trained the staff on the new collection and thus increased trend knowledge via regular workshops.
•Monitored the stock in the store and managed supply & demand cycle.
•Applied and adopted merchandise from head office accordingly with the Maje standards.
