Plan and design the setup of new sites starting from operating system installation, applications setup and configuration to network software and hardware setup and configuration.
Remotely configure network servers, routers, firewalls, antennas and satellite links.
Customize infrastructure solution for client specific needs such as ministries of health, education, interior and finance.
Design and implement business continuity strategy for clients by developing and configuring high availability software and hardware solutions as well as disaster recovery plans
Handle 2nd tier support operations remotely solving network, client and server issues with Linux machines as required (presently 100 machines, new users).
Monitor and coach remote staff to oversee them fulfilling set responsibilities and advancing their Linux and network administration skills
Oversee provision of support and troubleshooting to remote sites to resolve challenging support cases
Supervise service team and ticketing system providing support to users
Survey, question and build reports on usage of the system and monitor the realization of use cases.

Active participant in the team responsible for deployment of Vodafone UK account. The team's main responsibility is to deploy the E-Shop web application of Vodafone UK remote environment. This includes the deployment on five testing environments. In each environment the following tasks are accomplished.
