• To efficiently plan, develop and manage all networks medium & large scale projects and to lead the respective teams in the development, configuration, and troubleshooting of the main network elementsof Batelco’s MPLS network platforms and their peripherals.
• To act as an “all rounded telecom” expertise to provide the most efficient network advice and service to all Batelco users in the most effective manner.
• To ensure that KPIs, SLAs targets and business requirements are always met to achieve maximum customer satisfaction.

•MOE - Project Manager
This project provides DSL Connectivity (ASCOM - Keymile UMUX) for the whole Syrian schools together through their correspondent telephone exchanges, providing them with a data services and video conference in addition to internet connectivity. This network is operated through central NOC.
Responsibilities:
Supervise 4 engineers and 8 technical staff.
Specifying a required resources and chart the Project Plan.
Network Installation Supervision.
Network design, configuration and security (Cisco routers “3640, 2621”, UMUX 1200&1500, PIX Firewall”515”).
Help in implementing Data Services (Mail, DNS) on UNIX, LINUX platform.
Network management using Cisco Works, Cisco Secure, UNEM.

•PDN and Internet backbone project - System and Network Engineer
System and Network Engineer in the ICT department in PolyTech International for Supplies and Consultation, Canadian company which implement - in cooperation with Sofrecom Company from France telecom, NIXU and Getronix companies - the Syrian Public Data Network and Internet Backbone based on MPLS technology.
The project is based on Cisco products (Routers, RAS, Switch, PIX, Voice), SUN servers, Alcatel DSLAM, and Network management Software.
