Planning and control of hull erection fixing, bangi, and scaffolding schedules.
Block base (Bangi) procedure and construction control.
Block loading, setting, and fixing operation and safety control.
Control shifting and centering accuracy of semi-tandem ship.
Fixing accuracy and ship measurements quality control.
Scaffolding Procedure Planning, Indications, and Safety control
Scaffolding Materials Handling, Repair, and Control.
Organizing and set-up of personnel for the hull fixing, bangi, and scaffolding works.
Planning and control of the facilities for the hull fixing, bangi, and scaffolding works.
Direct owner representatives and classification societies to inspection items.
Report or act on comments by the owner representatives and classification societies
Planning and control of hull erection fitting schedules

Initiate training and education to the newly hired workers for their understanding

Control and initiate new idea on how to reduce given budget and man-hour per vessel
Plan and make schedule for docking-in of repair vessel inside building dock
Operate and handle docking-in vessel for repair inside building dock
Organizing and set-up of personnel for hull fitting works.
Hull fitting procedures & schedule control.
Hull welding procedures & schedule control
Manage and supervises workers towards system and flow of works
Implement and control the 5S, ISO 9002 QMS, ISO 14001 EMS, Safety programs,
and other management systems being implemented by the company.
