# Demand and Supply Planning:
 Manage and Control Demand Planning Activities through monitoring FG Forecast to share achievable monthly forecast for Local and External Market.
 Manage and Facilitate Supply Planning Activities in regard to source Packaging Materials through the alignment with concerns Dept. at tea industry to ensure the agreed PM/FG Inventory level on time.

 Managing and Evolving the Integrated Business Planning Process (S&OP) With the Objective to Drive Improvement and Effectiveness in Business Performance to Maximize Profit, Minimize Risks and Highlight Growth Opportunities.

 Leading AMSB’s S&OP monthly executive process and presenting the business performance to top management while identifying future business opportunities and risks.
 Managing the improvements of SKU and Category forecast accuracy by applying Root Cause Analysis, monitoring forecast trend, identifying forecast gap drivers, utilizing advanced planning tools, and maintaining bias accuracy between ±10-20%
 Observing the generated statistical forecast using several inputs such as Running Rate, Same Period Last Year, historical sales trend, seasonality, and sales opportunities.
