Responsibilities:
• Evaluation and preparation of the re-measurements and submittal of interim invoices and the complete invoice approval from the client.
• Master quantity checking for executing the specified work in the project.
• Verification of initial and final sub-contractor bills.
• Preparation of variations and its approval from client.
• Preparation of different reports for submission to the client and for the internal higher management.
• Time to time inform to management for final hand over quantities from client and tracking of current quantities.
• Supervise the team of technical engineers and draughtsman with the identification of discrepancies if any or study of review drawings.
• Preparation of L3 and L4 schedules and reporting and feedback as required by main contractor.
• Checking and the preparation of shop drawings.
• Material order, material quantity calculation, project procurement planning and material approval from client, tracing and issuance of material.
• Reconciliation of quantities on fortnightly basis.
• Provide additional or any change in technical information from client to site engineers, supervisors and technical foreman.
Responsibilities:
• Client billing with arrival of quantities.
• Verification of Sub Contractor invoices (Civil + MEP).
• Master quantity checking for executing the specified work in the project.
• Reconciliation of quantities on fortnightly basis.
• Co-ordination with client, sub-contractor, site engineers and site worker.
• Execution and Material Procurement with coordination of Store.
• Coordination with the supporting departments like plumbing and electrical before every activity to achieve the sequence.
• Planning for the assigned civil works with reference to Approved Drawings.
Responsibilities:
• Preparation of monthly progress payment certificate and approval from client.
• Verification of sub-contractor invoice.
• Preparation of variations and its approval from client.
• Preparation of master quantity of the project and tracing of the material.
• Identification of extra items and its certification from client.
• Preparation and submission of different MIS reports to management.
• Calculation, tracking and verification of quantity completion at site.
• Preparation of detailed and summarized report on current activities.
• Coordination with procurement department and store as per site requirement.
• Preparation of rate analysis, quotation and issuing work orders for contractors.
• Regular site visit and monitoring the progress to get first-hand information to validate bills.
• Preparation of reconciliation of materials (Steel, Concrete, etc.)
Responsibilities: -
• Study of construction drawings and preparation for the execution of the work.
• Coordination of the drawings availability for the next work.
• Handle to the client, sub-contractor and site worker.
• Coordinate with the different departments (Quality, Safety, MEP, Etc.) to maintain the work progress.
• Checking of monthly progress invoice of sub-contractors.
• Day to day planning of site work and material follow up.
• Calculation of the quantity of material from the drawings before the activity start.
• Preparation of report for work done at site and submit to the manager.
• Preparation of next month work schedule for the responsible.
• Won the critical area safety audit certificate for maintain the safety guidelines.
• Achieved the 15 days slab cycle in the residential tower with doka formwork.
