I work as a freelance graphic designer here in upwork for almost 5 years now and I am mostly working only for a project based or short term projects. I have worked with various types of clients in different industry like in jewelry, white label agency, and in real estate.

Deer designer is based in london and I am working with them remotely. Within my first few months of working here as a Web/Graphic Designer they have seen a potential in me to be a design quality analyst so I grab the opportunity to upscale my position and my job responsibility completely changed from what I usually do. I check my teams design quality and if it passed the company standards before it gets to the clients and I have to make sure if the basic rules applied like for ex. alignments, text hierarchy, if it's on trend.
I grabbed this opportunity to learn ui/ux and enhance my skills as a graphic designer and they also offer an internship for a month and had a healthy competition with the batch I am in.
I started working here first as an intern as it is a requirement in my university before i graduate. After my internship here they offered me a part time position since at that time I am a 3rd year college student. I grabbed that opportunity to help me grow and help me financially as well. After I graduated from college I started working with them as a full time graphic designer.
This event is held yearly and I have exhibited my works together with my circle every year. Sometimes they held events two-three times a year.
