• Installing, creating and managing machines & resources. Using VM Ware
• File Sharing services (setup/permissions/access) for all servers and users shared folder .
• Print Server: Configure and manage all print servers roles.
• Technical documentation: Documentation creation /updates.
• Active Directory :configure and manage DNS, DHCP, Windows deployment services, PS Scripting, managing OUs, managing Group Policies and all other DCs related functions
• Deliver service and support to end-users using and operating automated call distribution phone software, via remote connection using Damware SW.
• Management of TCP/IP network including DHCP, DNS, Print Service, Mail Relay.
• installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications;

• troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults;
