Managing three units:
** Business Analysis unit which manages all digital changes and medium/small projects for all digital channels changes and engages in strategic projects.
** IT Governance and Compliance for IT Budget, Processes and internal/external audit.
** IT Security for maintaining the IT security inside the bank applying/improving relative security processes.
Shaping the company strategy, product roadmaps and managing the delivery department planning, execution and delivery aspects.
Manage all technical department including backend java developers, front end team, UX, Business analysis, delivery, PMO and L3 support teams.
• Manage the software development and delivery teams including BE development, FE development, Architecture, BA and UX and L3 Support.
• Engage with our customers to agree and influence the customer's strategic plans and product roadmap.

• Maintain processes to ensure project management documentation, reports and plans are relevant, accurate and complete
• Track and report on project portfolio performance, providing a real-time, comprehensive, and prioritized view of all projects
• Develop positive relationships with managers and staff to enable the PMO to provide support including facilitation, tracking and reporting on projects, and training
• Assist in managing enterprise level resource allocation, including adjustments based on emerging business or technical opportunities and challenges
